We process and ship orders Monday-Friday until 5pm EST. We attempt to ship orders within 48 hours, even on Saturdays. Some shipments may take up to 72 hours to ship. The estimated time of delivery in the US is between 6-12 days. We do not ship or process orders on Sundays and bank holidays. Orders received outside of our shipping hours will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Most orders are shipped via USPS. Availability of certain services may be restricted for some shipping addresses. See checkout for shipping options.

You have a 30 day return period just in case you’re unhappy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information; your online order number, full name, the item being returned, phone number and a note as to why you are returning.
Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date.
Once submitted we will review your return request and contact you within 72 hours via phone. If approved a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued. The RMA# needs to be included with the returned merchandise for processing.
Your payment method will be credited once the product is received and processed at our return center. All products received need to be unused and shipped back safely. All packaging must be included to receive credit.
Items purchased with our Retailers must be returned directly to them. We can not process refunds for items not purchased through this website.
For cigar returns, open boxes may not be returned. For bundles or packs, a prorated credit is applied, less shipping charges. Returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full credit. This includes having cigars in their cellophane wrappers. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item and do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as your refund will be denied.
